Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist

The Sr Revenue Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing Salesforce reporting, data integrity, and system usability to support data-driven decision-making for the Commercial team. Working in partnership with Growth and Customer Success leadership, the Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and refining Revenue Operations reporting analyses, process optimization and leading cross functional projects in support of Commercial team objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented problem solver with strong Salesforce reporting expertise who can translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders. They are proactive and take ownership of driving revenue operations improvements and scalable solutions with minimal supervision. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Operations.
Responsibilities:
Business Insights
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on key metrics to support revenue growth
- Analyze win/loss trends and collaborate with growth teams to implement appropriate changes (process changes, talk track improvements, training, etc.) or to increase win rates
- Collaborate with Growth leaders to maintain pipeline reporting and analytics aligned to sales strategy and initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Success leaders to ensure regular views into account health and relationship; Deliver recommendations for improvement
- Provide data to the marketing team to support marketing approach and tactics (e.g., sales programs, outreach campaigns, collateral development)
Salesforce & Sales Application/Technology
- Create Salesforce reporting and dashboards to drive effective sales pipeline and customer success management
- Lead Salesforce enhancements in-line with stakeholder partner objectives in coordination with Salesforce Administrator to improve usability, transparency and overall tool optimization
- Strong understanding of practices to maintain data integrity and cleanliness in Salesforce (e.g., Responsible or QA on Campaign Data after loads, regular review for duplicate or unnecessary account or opportunity records, etc.)
Growth and Customer Success Department Support
- Optimization, Development and Maintenance of Business processes
- Sales system troubleshooting and process issue support for assigned teams
- Represent the Revenue Operations team in commercial and cross-functional meetings, actively listening, responding to support requests, identifying opportunities for operational and tool improvements and taking ownership of in-scope follow up items
- Create clear communications as needed to drive business consistency
- Lead special projects that drive commercial operations enhancements or efficiencies, improve collaboration with broader business teams and/or enable cross-functional business priorities
- Facilitate productive meetings (e.g., pipeline, strategy, project, etc.)
- Act as a collaborative partner, provide guidance and mentor Revenue Operations Specialist
- Operate with a detailed understanding of the full commercial technology stack and make enhancement recommendations as business needs change
- Maintain an active working knowledge of health care industry trends, as well as revenue operations technology advancements and commercial best practices
- Understand new market offerings and enhancements to existing solutions being deployed, and put knowledge into practice through revenue operations enhancements and broader Growth and Customer Success team support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with CRM (Salesforce) technology and data to support commercial operations
- Excellent reporting, analytical and data skills
- Proven ability to build and analyze sales metrics to inform growth and customer success business decisions, specifically including pipeline management
- Track record of making proactive operational recommendations and aligning internal stakeholders to proposed solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead effective meetings with business partners to advance business projects and achieve results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and build trusting, collaborative relationships with business partners
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to work effectively using Microsoft applications (Power Point, Excel, etc.)

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $80,000 to $87,000(annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
