Key Responsibilities
Test Equipment Management: Specify, procure, and maintain test equipment for firmware testing of a power control product (power sources, analyzers, etc.) on system level
Hardware Integration: Design and implement hardware interfaces and test fixtures
Instrumentation: Set up precision measurement systems and data acquisition equipment
Calibration Management: Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all hardware meets safety standards and electrical codes
Technical Support: Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair support
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power System Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
3+ years of experience in the manufacture or design of electrical equipment
Great knowledge of:
At least one programming language (C++ or Python)
Selenium framework
Knowledge of Robotframework is nice to have
Exceptional collaborative skills, with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, leading quality assurance efforts, and fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with proven ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Additional Experience Desired:
A strong advocate for process improvement and innovation, with a history of initiating and leading projects that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve team efficiency.
