This team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving growth marketing environment. This person will keep multiple work streams organized, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned—creating the operational rhythm that helps the team move quickly without dropping details.

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day program execution: Build and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
  • Drive alignment and communication: Run status updates, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure decisions are captured and actioned.
  • Track actions and remove blockers: Maintain action logs, follow-ups, and escalation paths; proactively unblock teams before issues slow progress.
  • Manage risks and changes: Identify risks early, flag tradeoffs, and adapt plans as priorities shift in a dynamic environment.
  • Create clarity through systems: Improve ways of working—templates, docs, meeting structure, and lightweight processes that scale.
  • Support growth marketing workflows: Coordinate cross-functional partners across owned and operated channels (e.g., email, in-product notifications, internal surfaces), ensuring programs launch smoothly.

  • ~6 years of program/project management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (marketing, product, or martech-adjacent preferred)
  • Proven strength in organization, prioritization, and follow-through—you keep things moving and teams focused
  • Strong communication skills: clear, concise updates; confident facilitation in meetings; great written documentation
  • Ability to operate calmly in ambiguity and shifting priorities—proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Genuine interest in growth marketing and customer journey work (lower-funnel mindset)

Nice-to-have

  • Technical program management experience (martech stacks, workflows, tooling, data/measurement coordination)
  • Experience managing creative workflows (creative producer–style coordination across briefs, reviews, and approvals)
  • Exposure to subscriptions businesses or lifecycle marketing programs
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups

How you’ll work

  • You bring order without adding bureaucracy—simple systems, clear ownership, and steady execution
  • You’re comfortable being hands-on: managing details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
