About The Team:

This is a small, high-impact team critical to Product Technology. We serve as the execution core, synchronizing engineering efforts and driving all priority programs. We ensure every high-impact initiative moves quickly and reliably from vision to rollout.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serving as the execution core within Product Technology, the team defines program strategy, drives end-to-end alignment between engineering and business units, and provides executive-level reporting to guarantee the swift, successful completion of our most vital product development programs.

1. Strategic Program Leadership

Define Scope and Strategy: Translate high-level product goals into a clearly defined, measurable, and phased technical Program Charter and Roadmap.

Stakeholder Alignment: Secure commitment and maintain alignment from senior leadership (Product, Engineering, and Business) on program scope, priorities, and success criteria.

Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate cross-project dependencies and strategic risks that threaten program timelines or quality.

2. Execution and Delivery Management

Timeline and Budget Control: Own and enforce the integrated program master schedule, ensuring delivery milestones are met within defined timeframes and resource constraints.

Process Governance: Establish and facilitate a robust cadence of program reviews, steering committee meetings, and decision-making processes to drive efficient execution.

Blocker Resolution: Actively remove organizational, resource, or technical roadblocks that impede the progress of development and delivery teams.

3. Reporting and Communication

Performance Metrics: Establish clear transparent, project status reporting to executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary escalations.
Post-Program Review: Lead post-launch reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements that increase future delivery speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within a Project/Program Management Office (PMO) in Tech side environment at a large Fintech organization
  • Experience in Lead the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional technical programs, from conceptualization and planning through launch and post-launch review, ensuring alignment with strategic product and business goals.
  • Possess a strong technical background to effectively collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, translate high-level product vision into technical requirements, and understand architectural trade-offs, particularly for platforms, payments, or core banking systems.
  • Implement and optimize appropriate Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) across engineering teams, facilitating ceremonies and establishing predictable, high-velocity delivery rhythms.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical, compliance, and cross-program dependencies and risks that could impact critical delivery timelines in the Fintech domain.
  • Establish and maintain consolidated data-driven status reporting to technical teams, Product Managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all technical program execution adheres strictly to relevant financial regulations, security standards, and internal compliance protocols critical to the Fintech industry.
  • Able to act as the central communication and coordination hub, bridging gaps between Engineering, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to foster shared goals and mutual accountability.
  • Relentlessly identify and remove organizational, process, and communication roadblocks, empowering engineering teams to maintain high productivity and focus on value delivery.
  • Employ strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage conflicts, resolve prioritization disagreements, and drive consensus among diverse technical and business stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and psychological safety within the technical teams, encouraging transparency, retrospective feedback, and best practice sharing.
  • Skillfully manage expectations of senior leaders, ensuring all parties are consistently informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle with adaptive communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of clear, accessible technical documentation and processes (e.g., Definitions of Done, Runbooks) that increase team clarity, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
