This role is vital as it focuses on leading the strategy and execution of AI-driven operational capabilities in the order fulfillment platform. By defining a multi-quarter strategy and owning the roadmap execution, you will deliver measurable outcomes in complex settings. Collaboration with teams across Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership ensures the products bring real value. Accountabilities
Define and drive multi-quarter product strategy aligned to company growth goals
Identify and prioritize initiatives that materially improve customer outcomes
Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch
Embed AI and operational intelligence into core workflows
Conduct disciplined customer discovery and validation to ensure product-market fit
Partner with Engineering to make thoughtful architectural tradeoffs
Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and business impact
Work directly with mid-market and enterprise customers to inform roadmap direction
Champion the company’s intelligence and platform capabilities internally and externally
Elevate product management craft and rigor across the organization
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience
2+ years working on workflow-heavy platforms (WMS, logistics, supply chain, ERP, or similar systems)
Proven track record delivering complex B2B SaaS products in agile environments
Strong systems thinker with technical fluency in API-driven architectures
Experience translating operational pain points into scalable SaaS solutions
Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter strategic initiatives
Highly analytical with comfort making decisions in ambiguity
Exceptional communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working closely with implementation-heavy, mid-market, or enterprise customers
