Our Enterprise AI team partners with our largest customers to design, build, and deploy custom AI employees that unlock revenue.  You will have the opportunity to build on one of the most exciting growth areas of Podium while being at the forefront of the AI revolution. This team operates at the intersection of consulting and tech—combining deep product expertise, technical excellence, and project delivery to ensure our customers realize large and measurable ROI.

About The Role

As an AI Deployment Project Leader, you will own the end‑to‑end deployment of multi‑month, multi‑million‑dollar custom AI solutions for Podium’s enterprise customers. Think of the role as part McKinsey Engagement Manager, part Technical Product Manager, and part Customer Success Executive—with a mandate to deliver rapid, repeatable value.

In This Role, You Will

• Deploy Custom AI Solutions: Lead scoping, build, and launch of tailored AI employees, collaborating with Solutions Architects and Engineering.
• Run the Project Like a Consultant: Establish clear workstreams, milestones, and weekly executive readouts; adapt proven playbooks and create new ones when customer requirements demand it.
• Manage Executive & Technical Stakeholders: Chair steering committees, align C‑suite sponsors, and coordinate day‑to‑day with customer product, data, and IT teams.
• Prove and Communicate ROI: Define success metrics, instrument data capture, and deliver compelling ROI narratives that drive best-in-class retention.
• Iterate Playbooks: Continually refine our deployment methodology, tooling, and documentation to accelerate time‑to‑value across the portfolio.
• Build Enterprise AI Platform: Partner with engineering to evolve and move forward our Enterprise AI platform and explore integrating new architectures and tools. 

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• 2+ Years at a Top‑Tier Strategy Firm: Experience as a Senior Consultant / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent, leading complex transformations.
• Technical Chops: Comfortable diving into AI architecture, prompt engineering, APIs, and data pipelines; able to translate between engineers and executives.
• Project & Change‑Management Mastery: Proven record delivering 3–6 month programs with aggressive timelines and cross‑functional teams.
• Extreme Ownership & Bias for Action: You set the pace, move with urgency, and obsess over outcomes rather than activity.
• Customer‑Facing Gravitas: You can command a room, challenge respectfully, and build durable relationships with VP/C‑level leaders.
• Willingness to Travel ~35 %: Quarterly on‑sites, discovery sprints, and executive workshops wherever our enterprise customers operate.
