This Sr. Product Manager will join an expert team of product leaders on the Growth Team at Tinder. Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, this role comes with the chance to bring premium experiences to millions of users globally. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will contribute towards various growth initiatives for Tinder and will be directly responsible for driving the virtual economy design within Tinder. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office partnership three times per week. This position is located in Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand Tinder’s strategic and driven position and deliver outstanding experiences to our audience.
  • Guide the product strategy and drive the design for Tinder Virtual Economy
  • Support data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modeling to optimize critical metrics, identify business opportunities, and craft the Tinder Virtual Economy roadmap.
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, analytics, and user research departments to build a comprehensive system to support virtual currency integration within Tinder
  • Learn the dynamics of the Tinder community, understand the psychology of our users, and advise on product decisions accordingly.
  • You will clearly communicate your experiment roadmap, hypotheses, and results to team members, PM peers, and executives.
  • You will build simulations and models that will help project how the economy would function before launching.
  • Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and design of A/B tests and product experiments to accelerate the growth of our active users and paid customers.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management in a fast-growing consumer tech company, mobile games and or subscription business.
  • The expertise to assess the impact of a feature not only on end-users but also the platform it’s being built for.
  • Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users.
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on qualitative feedback.
  • Past experience with virtual economy design and iAP store features. The ability to think globally beyond credit cards, knowledge of alternative payment methods such as digital wallets, prepaid cards, and other methods.
  • Experience working on consumer mobile apps: mobile games or mobile subscription business experience is a plus!
