Who You Are:  The Sr. People Technology Specialist (Darwinbox) is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of the Darwinbox platform. This role focuses on owning the daily configuration, providing comprehensive user support, managing system integrations, and ensuring accurate and insightful reporting, all while maintaining business continuity and upholding data integrity. What You’ll Be Doing:  Darwinbox Configuration & Maintenance: - Accurately configure Darwinbox modules according to predefined solutions and business requirements. - Ensure configurations are aligned with best practices and organizational policies. Daily Support & Issue Resolution: - Efficiently triage and resolve day-to-day tickets related to Darwinbox functionality, user access, and general inquiries. - Manage user access permissions and troubleshoot various user issues to minimize disruption. Testing & Documentation: - Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for new configurations, enhancements, and integrations. - Maintain detailed deployment logs and documentation of all system changes and testing outcomes. Integration Monitoring & Alerting: - Proactively monitor existing system integrations to identify and resolve any data flow discrepancies or failures. - Issue timely alerts for configuration or integration failures, coordinating with relevant teams for rapid resolution. Reporting, Auditing & Compliance: - Generate and maintain essential dashboards, audit logs, and compliance reports from Darwinbox. - Ensure data accuracy and provide insightful reports to support People and business decision-making. What You’ll Bring:
  • Relevant HRIS/People Tech Experience: 3–6 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a solid foundation in People system operations.

  • Demonstrated Darwinbox Implementation Experience: Participation in at least one full Darwinbox implementation, understanding the various stages and challenges of system deployment.

  • Strong Execution & Data Orientation: Excellent execution skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong data-oriented approach to problem-solving and system management.

  • Systematic Problem-Solving: A systematic and logical approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and functional issues within an HRIS environment.
