We also handle over 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases. Who You Are We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless employee experience by managing core HR operations, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving people processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes a proactive, solutions-driven approach to supporting employees and stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing People Operations Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role transitions, promotions, and internal movements. Act as the first point of contact for employees through ticketing system during the assigned shift, addressing HR-related queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Coordinate benefits administration, payroll input validation, leave management, attendance tracking, and other recurring operational processes. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of People Operations services. Flexibly support multiple initiatives and projects based on business needs and priorities. Process Improvement and Collaboration Identify gaps and opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and systems for greater efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, and Legal to implement new HR tools, system enhancements, and process updates. Support change management efforts related to HR systems, policies, or operational improvements. Data Management and Reporting Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS and related tools. Support internal and external audits, compliance reporting, and data requests as required. What You’ll Be Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations or HR Operations. Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, ADP, or similar systems. Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven organizations is highly preferred.
