About the Role:
As the Senior People Operations Specialist, you are the primary liaison between our People Operations Team and the Clinical Operations organization. You will serve as the strategic "front door" for our clinical pods, ensuring that our operational HR execution is aligned with the needs of our clinical workforce across the U.S.
This role is designed for someone who lives our value of Listening Harder to identify operational gaps and then partners across the People Ops team to bridge them. Your success lies in your ability to be an on-the-ground expert who ensures our clinical employees can focus on what they do best: providing world-class care. You are a strategic partner, but you are also a deeply technical operator. You will work directly within Workday and other HR systems to help process complex job changes and ensure clean data for integrity. You won’t just identify problems; you will proactively suggest and implement process shifts that make our People Operations support more efficient for the clinical organization.
In addition to your clinical focus, you will be the organization’s HR Compliance Enablement Lead for all of U.S. Lyra (Lyra Health & Lyra Clinical). You will own our compliance infrastructure - from employee handbook maintenance to EEO-1 reporting - partnering closely with our Employee Relations & Compliance team to ensure our compliance operations are top-notch, scalable, and audit-ready.
Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States. Prioritization for candidates in U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Enablement & Solutions: Identify friction points in how clinical employees interact with our systems (onboarding, access, job changes) and jump in to provide the operational expertise required to solve complex issues
Operational Thought Partner: Serve as a key collaborator on clinical-specific people strategies, including the analysis and action planning for engagement surveys and the development of data-driven retention initiatives
Recruiting & Onboarding Alignment: Lead the synchronization between Clinical Recruiting, People Ops, and Clinical Ops, ensuring that high-volume hiring translates into a seamless day one and beyond experience
U.S. Compliance Operational Enablement
Partner with Employee Relations (ER) and Legal as the main People Operations Compliance lead, helping to build the People Ops compliance enablement roadmap for the entire U.S. population across the clinical and non-clinical space
Lead the maintenance and refresh of our Employee Handbooks to ensure that policies for both our clinical and non-clinical populations are accurate, compliant, and easy for employees to access and navigate
Manage the annual EEO-1 reporting process for the clinical and non-clinical population
