In this senior-level role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people strategies that enable business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational agility. You will partner closely with executives to deliver impactful HR initiatives, guide change management efforts, and ensure alignment between talent programs and strategic objectives. With a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, coach leaders at all levels, and champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement. Your ability to navigate complexity, influence decision-making, and leverage data for insights will be key to success in this position.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, providing expert HR consultation and thought leadership.
  • Lead the design and execution of organizational initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and engagement programs.
  • Drive change management and organizational development projects to improve agility and effectiveness.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to managers and executives, supporting leadership development and team performance.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management to scale impactful programs.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession risks, and development opportunities using data-informed insights.
  • Support the rollout of enterprise-wide people initiatives, tailoring strategies for specific business groups.
  • Serve as a cultural steward, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes to better support growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • Proven success influencing and coaching senior leaders with credibility and confidence.
  • Strong track record in leading complex, cross-functional HR programs from strategy to execution.
  • Expertise across core HR areas, including employee relations, organizational design, compensation, DEI, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments, navigating ambiguity with ease.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
