About The Role

We're seeking a Sr. Partnerships Manager to bring their significant network of relationships with faith-based organizations to bear as we grow and expand. The ideal candidate for this role will have deep connections in various faith-oriented groups, missions and other related services and will be able to leverage those relationships into partnerships with Fundraise Up.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Activation

  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate high-potential partners aligned with our growth strategy, focusing on faith and mission consultants, vendors, technology providers, and related service businesses.
  • Execute a structured onboarding programs with clear milestones to ensure partner success
  • Develop and implement activation strategies to quickly demonstrate value and build momentum
  • Create clear advancement paths from Tier 2 to Tier 1 with defined criteria and milestones

Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline with a target of 40+ qualified opportunities per quarter
  • Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets through partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews against growth metrics with partners
  • Collaborate with sales on joint prospecting and account mapping activities

Enablement & Co-Marketing

  • Deliver regular training sessions on product positioning and ideal customer profiles
  • Coordinate targeted webinars and content collaboration with marketing
  • Facilitate solution engineering resources for complex opportunities
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives that build momentum and visibility

Relationship Management

  • Maintain bi-weekly check-ins with key partner stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews to track progress against goals
  • Organize quarterly enablement sessions to deepen product knowledge
  • Build relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to drive co-selling

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management
  • Proven network within faith and mission networks
  • Proven track record in developing and growing strategic relationships
  • Experience with partner management platforms (PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam)
  • Strong understanding of the nonprofit and faith technology landscape preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven approach to partnership management with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
