In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our Go-To-Market and Delivery partners are equipped to position, co-sell, and implement Coupa solutions successfully. By driving the success of our partners, you’ll help bring tremendous value to our customers while furthering Coupa’s Partner First philosophy.   As part of the wider Alliances team, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Legal, and partner counterparts. Together, we will continue to define and revolutionize the Business Spend Management space.   What You'll Do:
  • Lead selection, enablement, and performance of implementation partners, aligning with regional and vertical strategies.
  • Develop partner business plans to enhance training, delivery capabilities, and pipeline growth.
  • Build and manage executive relationships to support partners in positioning, co-selling, and delivering Coupa solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and Coupa teams (Sales, Marketing, Services, Product, and Finance).
  • Drive partner readiness by managing operational processes (MSAs, invoicing) and performance improvement through feedback and scorecards.
  • What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, presales, or partner development, ideally in procurement technology.
  • Proven leadership with excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or P2P systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; fluent in Japanese with business-level English proficiency.
