Areas You’ll Own

  • Scaling Manufacturing: Develop and implement processes to scale our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring we can meet increased production demands without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Quality Alignment: Ensure that the quality standards from our North American team are consistently upheld in our China operations, aligning every step of the manufacturing process with these expectations.
  • Team Structure & Leadership: Build and maintain a well-structured team with clear roles and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Cross-Regional Communication: Strengthen the communication and coordination between our teams in China and North America, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment across all touchpoints, from sampling to fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading or managing the development of products overseas. You must be able to prove your merit with actual success based on previous work experience.
  • A strong knowledge of the product development and manufacturing process, including materials, production techniques, and quality control.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement scalable processes, and maintain quality standards across global operations.
  • Business-savvy, curious, and eager to learn how all parts of the business connect.
  • Analytical and data-driven; able to build dashboards, track KPIs, and act on insights
