The Sr. Network Engineering and Networking (NEN) Analyst will be responsible for providing expert analysis and support for network engineering projects within the organization. This role includes evaluating, designing, and implementing network solutions to ensure optimal performance and security. The analyst will work closely with other IT professionals to troubleshoot network issues and optimize network configurations, ensuring that organizational needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network designs that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex network issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics and optimize configurations for improved speed, reliability, and security.
  • Security Management: Ensure network security protocols are followed, performing regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for networks, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions are integrated and functioning effectively.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage network engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active secret security clearance.
