Sr .Net Developer

contractor Remote

ProArch is looking for a talented Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player within our development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using .NET technologies. You will also be involved in leveraging microservices architecture and cloud solutions to enhance application performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions using .NET frameworks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop robust APIs and services based on best practices in microservices architecture.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, particularly in Azure cloud environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring a high level of code quality and performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in .NET development and cloud technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of cloud-native application development.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for coding and technology with a desire to learn continuously.
