Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with global teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver features
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Mentor junior developers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in .NET application development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design
Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID concepts
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setup

Good to Have

Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps)
Knowledge of Microservices architecture
Exposure to Angular or React
Experience with containerization tools like Docker
Prior experience working with global teams
