Sr Native Mobile Engineer

This is an opportunity for Senior Android Engineers to work in a brand new team that is defining the future Mobile Banking experience for our customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of talented engineers to define, design, and develop new features for next-generation applications. Also, they will be responsible for designing and developing top-notch applications for the mobile platforms, You will also unit-test your code for robustness including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization. You will work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality mobile banking apps.

Your key tasks

• Analyze and design software solutions
• Write high-performing, scalable, reusable code
• Implement, test, and technically document features of mobile banking solution
• Analyze and resolve software defects
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile application
• Actively involved in the development process of our products
• Proactively find bugs in our products, document the steps to reproduce them, and provide a solution

• 5–10 years of strong experience in native Android development
• Proficiency in Kotlin
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Experience with modern Android architecture components:
  • MVVM / Clean Architecture
  • Jetpack libraries (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room, etc.)
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt/Dagger)
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, coroutines, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of mobile application security principles
• Experience with:
  • Secure data storage (Keystore, encrypted storage)
  • Network security (HTTPS, certificate pinning)
  • Authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)

• Knowledge of code obfuscation and app hardening techniques (e.g., ProGuard/R8)

• Experience with secure API communication and data privacy best practices

• Good to Have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools
• Exposure to modular app architecture
