JOB TITLE: Sr. Marketing Program Manager
LOCATION: Remote US
THE ROLE: We’re looking for a strategic and highly operational Senior Program Manager, Marketing to power the next stage of growth for our marketing organization. This role will serve as the connective tissue across Growth, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Brand/Creative, and cross-functional partners including Product, Audio Development Finance and Data.
You will build the systems, processes, planning frameworks, and performance infrastructure that enable a 20+ person marketing team to execute with clarity, speed, and measurable impact against our marketing vision and KRs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

SPLICE BENEFITS:
The national pay range for this role is $127,362 - $159,203. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
