  • Marketing Strategy & Planning (30%) 
    1. Build customer/consumer/competition understanding, interpreting various data ( internal/external) into insight, anticipating current & future trend & opportunity, always staying on top of emerging trends and advising senior leadership 
    2. Identify geography/sector/service line growth potential,   creating service category vision, constructing hierarchy  and innovation agenda to drive sustainable category growth  
    3. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT ) to drive innovation success from concept to deployment and best practice sharing
  • Digital & Brand communication (40%)
    1. Identify appropriate communication channels (forums, associations, print & digital ) for targeted customer/consumers in order to increase quality leads and to reinforce brand awareness and equity 
    2. Improve and optimize integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/Email marketing/offline )
    3. Define content and format across different communication touch points and ensure ROI is measured and communicated ( including website performance tracking) 
  • Marketing Service  (20%)
    1. Support the business in developing specific solutions, presentations, Bids &Tenders and workshops  together with the cross-functional teams
    2. Support the Key Customer, Sales and Operation Teams as primary customers and support them with marketing programs.
  • Budget Control & Agency Management (10%)
    1. Agency evaluation , continuous quality agency recruitment 
    2. Manage and monitor marketing resources to ensure that each action to be optimized in its effectiveness and quality.

Requirements

    1. University graduate or above majoring in business or science, with at least 5-6 years of marketing experience.
    2. Sales/trade marketing ,experience would be an advantage.
    3. B2B or FMCG Marketing background would be an advantage, especially in Category   Management, and Category and/or Trade Marketing Management. 
    4. Experience in hands-on operation & planning.
    5. Experience in digital marketing and solid exposure in marketing communication including search engine marketing would be an advantage
    6. A good understanding of customer interview skills
