The Role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will serve as the analytical engine behind Bloomerang’s marketing performance and revenue insights. Reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations, you will own marketing reporting, attribution, and performance analysis across the funnel. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable revenue impact. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, business-minded operator who thrives turning data into clarity, visibility, and growth.

 

What You Will Do

  • Own marketing performance reporting across the funnel, delivering clear visibility into pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Serve as the primary owner of RevSure reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for executive and go-to-market stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to translate complex datasets into compelling, decision-driving insights
  • Develop and manage Salesforce reporting to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales alignment
    Oversee marketing attribution and measurement through Marketo Measure, ensuring accurate campaign performance and multi-touch attribution analysis
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to analyze funnel performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Proactively identify data gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and process improvements to strengthen data integrity and reporting reliability

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep experience with RevSure: You understand revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, and performance tracking within RevSure and can ensure reporting accuracy and stakeholder trust.
  • Salesforce reporting expertise: You are comfortable building reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support funnel tracking, lead management, and pipeline visibility.
  • Attribution and measurement fluency: You have hands-on experience with Marketo Measure and understand multi-touch attribution, campaign influence, and marketing’s impact on revenue.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills: You are comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Business acumen and executive presence: You can confidently present insights, influence decision-making, and translate data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Compensation 
The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $140,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
