What You’ll Do
Lead the evolution of the Coupa Item Model, servicing the core workflows of our many functional teams Procurement, Sourcing, Bill Of Materials, Catalogs
Manage an agile team of 9+ engineers
Be involved in technical architecture and design decisions
Define long-term engineering roadmap and drive release planning and execution
Promote efficiency using AI tools
Work closely with peers to ensure successful outcomes and improve business processes
What You Will Bring to Coupa
Agile team management experience of at least 3 years as as engineering manager
Be a highly technical manager with deep experience in software and systems
Experience in framework development and micro services
Ability to support and mentor individuals and teams
Good functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
