Sr. Manager, Sales Education - Salon

About You:

Nutrafol is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Manager, Sales Education - Salon to develop and deliver engaging educational content for hair stylists, focused on the benefits and proper use of Nutrafol products for hair health in professional Salons locations. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in educating our hair stylist partners on how our products can improve client hair health and enhance salon services, ultimately driving product understanding and sales. Nutrafol is a leading supplement company dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for beauty and wellness. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive educational programs: Design and create engaging training materials, including online courses, webinars, video tutorials, presentations, and printed collateral, tailored specifically for hair stylists.
• Deliver impactful training sessions: Conduct both in-person workshops/demos and virtual training sessions for individual salons and larger groups of hair stylists, showcasing product benefits and proper application techniques.
• Create compelling educational content: Research, write, and edit various forms of content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and educational guides, highlighting the science behind our supplements and their impact on hair health.
• Stay informed about industry trends: Continuously monitor the latest trends and advancements in hair care, supplements, and the beauty industry to ensure our educational content remains relevant and innovative.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align educational initiatives with overall company objectives and product launches.
• Provide technical support and guidance: Act as a subject matter expert for hair stylists, answering questions and offering guidance on product usage and client consultations.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness: Monitor engagement with educational content and gather feedback to continuously improve our programs and materials. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as an educator or trainer in the beauty or supplement industry; valid cosmetology license required
• Ability to travel by plane and care up to 50% for in-person trainings and conferences, as business dictates
• In-depth knowledge of hair science, hair types, common hair concerns, and relevant hair care techniques
• Strong understanding of supplement ingredients, their benefits, and proper dosage for hair health (knowledge of relevant certifications like a Certificate in Nutritional Supplements or Diploma in Nutraceutical Science is a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools
• Experience in creating multimedia educational content for presentations and training sessions (e.g., video production, graphic design, and Google Slides/Power Point)
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative and engaging learning experiences
• Advanced Computer software skills in Google/Microsoft Suites 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and educational methodologies
