Who You Are:  The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations is a highly strategic operator responsible for enabling predictable, scalable revenue growth across the Revenue Growth organization. You will partner closely with the Senior Director, RevOps, GTM leaders, and the executive team including the CEO, ensuring strong alignment, visibility, and operational excellence across all revenue channels. This role is the central operational hub for the Revenue Growth teams, including Affiliate Acquisition, Affiliate Activation, Affiliate Expansion, Trial Experience, and Account Management. You will oversee planning, forecasting, process innovation, strategic initiatives, and cross-team coordination, supported by a dedicated RevOps team and broader horizontal RevOps functions. You will be the strategic advisor and execution partner to leadership, translating business goals into operational plans, optimizing the revenue engine, and driving high-impact projects that accelerate growth. What You’ll Be Doing:  Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Leadership Alignment -Partner with the Senior Director, RevOps to lead annual and quarterly GTM planning across Affiliates, Trials, and AM functions. - Own forecasting frameworks for trial generation, trial conversion efficiency, and expansion revenue. - Lead strategic planning cycles by aligning stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership. - Identify emerging opportunities and risks, provide strategic recommendations, and influence decision-making. - Build business cases and revenue models that support new GTM motions, expansion initiatives, or operational investments. Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Execution - Drive high-impact strategic initiatives, such as: - Optimization of affiliate-driven trials as a growth engine - Improving conversion velocity and efficiency within the Trial Experience funnel - Accelerating expansion revenue through Account Management programs - Implementing strategic automation, AI enablement, and data-driven GTM projects - Serve as the execution lead for cross-functional initiatives that span multiple GTM teams. - Establish strategic frameworks to evaluate channel performance, segmentation strategy, and resource allocation. Revenue Operations Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Act as the single point of contact for all RevOps support needs across the Revenue Growth organization. - Build strong relationships with leaders across Affiliates, Trial Experience, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Finance—and the CEO. - Facilitate alignment across teams by ensuring clear communication, structured operating rhythms, and actionable reporting. - Influence senior stakeholders with data-backed insights, strategic recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies. - Support organizational readiness for new GTM initiatives and changes. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence - Audit, redesign, and optimize workflows across the entire revenue lifecycle—affiliate → trial → conversion → expansion. - Implement operational frameworks to improve funnel performance, reduce friction, and enhance predictability. - Own KPI definitions, reporting standards, and operational governance across the GTM funnel. - Lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes and systems. Systems, Tooling & Data Infrastructure - Collaborate with RevOps systems and data teams to ensure CRM accuracy, automation efficiency, and GTM tool effectiveness. - Partner with BI and analytics teams to maintain dashboards that surface insights across trials, conversions, and revenue expansion. - Ensure data integrity and visibility to support strategic decision-making at all levels of leadership. Team Leadership & Development - Manage and mentor a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, quarterly reviews, ongoing coaching, and development planning. - Set clear KPIs, priorities, and targets for direct reports and hold the team accountable to performance outcomes. - Hire, onboard, and grow RevOps talent to meet the evolving needs of the Revenue Growth organization. - Ensure the team delivers timely, high-quality work that drives measurable business impact. What You’ll Bring:  - 9+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM leadership roles in SaaS or similar high-growth environments. - 3–5 years of demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. - Demonstrated experience supporting multiple GTM functions (affiliates, sales/assisted trials, CS, account management). - Strong strategic mindset: able to zoom out to long-term thinking while remaining grounded in operational execution. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence VP and C-level leaders, including CEO-level alignment. - Deep analytical and financial modeling skills; data-driven approach to decision-making. - Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact. - Expertise in CRM systems, revenue analytics, operational tooling, and process design. - Experience managing and developing RevOps teams. Success Metrics - Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment: Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across GTM leaders and executive leadership, reducing strategic friction and improving decision velocity. - Forecast accuracy across affiliate-driven trials, assisted trials, and expansion revenue. - Improvements in trial-to-paid conversion and expansion revenue performance. - Reduction in operational inefficiencies and improved funnel visibility. - Successful execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives. - Team engagement, performance, and operational output.
