Lead and manage the proposal and RFX process at FORWARD, overseeing a team while developing innovative approaches to proposal management and improving engagement in new opportunities.
The FORWARD Platform is seeking a Sr. Manager, Proposal to lead and manage our proposal and RFX process and oversee all aspects of our proposals. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Growth and will lead a strong team of Proposal Managers and Proposal Coordinators.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of the RFX team and the submission of proposals.

Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000/yr.
