Sr Manager, Enterprise Technologies

Reporting to the Director, Platform Development & Business Intelligencethis operational and analytical position will play an instrumental role in the implementations and day-to-day management of key SaaS based enterprise solutions at LA 2028.  As a Sr. Manager on the technology team, the candidate will work with departmental project stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the implementations, project-based tasks, and day to day management of key enterprise SaaS tools, including, but not limited to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence Platforms like Tableau.  

The candidate should exhibit strong technical and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple solutions at a rapid pace. The position will require cross functional collaboration and partnership to drive technical objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring customized configurations meet specific organizational workflows and stakeholder requirements
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange technologies to support evolving business needs; review vendor RFPs and identify necessary system advancements within the Salesforce and Tableau ecosystems 
  • Plan and manage application projects, overseeing requirements gathering and business process mapping specifically for CRM and partner portal (Experience Cloud) enhancements
  • Develop and maintain seamless integration between Salesforce Clouds and other enterprise business systems to ensure a unified data ecosystem
  • Analyze existing business processes to streamline workflows using Salesforce Flow and other native automation tools to increase organizational efficiency
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce-related vendors and consulting partners, ensuring contract deliverables and SLAs for managed services are consistently met
  • Serve as a technical lead for the enterprise-wide rollout of CRM apps and tools, collaborating across the organization to align the roadmap with departmental goals
  • Collaborate on the configuration and maintenance of Experience Cloud sites to enhance partner and client engagement, ensuring deep integration with core Sales and Service data
  • Develop comprehensive user training and documentation; triage system-related requests and provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and Tableau end-users

Background & Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud depending on org needs)
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of Salesforce admins, business analysts, or external Salesforce partners 
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, etc.) 
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, and platform architecture 
  • Experience managing platform enhancements, release cycles, and backlog prioritization 
  • Proven ability to partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service, IT) 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements 
  • Skilled in user training, documentation, and driving adoption 
  • Change‑management experience for new features and processes 
  • Ability to design and optimize CRM processes aligned with business goals 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage Salesforce roadmap and long‑term CRM vision 
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard development skills 
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or other ETL tools) 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices 
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices  

Expectations:

  • Familiar with project management software tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Prior experience implementing new applications or features on Salesforce org via Agile methodology 
  • Able to translate business requirements into technical requirements 
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, providing project management and supporting technical abilities for various projects and initiatives   
  • Proven ability of building good interpersonal relationships with people across the organization, while balancing assertiveness and setting expectations with diplomacy

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Systems, Business Administration
  • Current certification as Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred 
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certification a plus 

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $140,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
