Overview
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transaction origination and execution, supporting CCR’s strategic goals and energy transition initiatives. This person will be a pivotal member of CCR’s M&A team and a visible leader across the organization, helping to create and drive M&A opportunities in close collaboration with the Head of M&A and the CCR Executive Team. Our base expectation is to hire an individual at the Sr. Manager/Director level.
This person will sit at the leading edge of multiple facets of the clean energy industry, rapidly develop a deep well of knowledge and industry contacts, earn competitive pay, manage and mentor a group of highly talented teammates and serve as an influential leader within one of the nation’s most active solar and storage developers. While primary transactions will focus on assets and portfolios, this role will be expected to support corporate M&A efforts also, as needed.

Education & Experience Required
Location: The preferred location for this role is one of our office locations: New York City, NY; Washington DC; or San Francisco, CA. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $180,000-$240,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
