Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Governance to lead and scale PatientPoint’s enterprise-wide data governance program. In this strategic leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our data governance strategy by ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of our organizational data assets. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures. This role combines strategic-thinking, project execution, and strong-relationship building to identify data-related issues, implement governance frameworks, and lead initiatives to improve data quality and management practices.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of data governance and data quality principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. Early success will be measured by your ability to drive progress, influence without authority, and foster a culture of data stewardship at PatientPoint.

Base Salary Band: $115,300-$205,200
