About the Role
You will own organic visibility across Google, SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the AI tools that follow. The mandate: embed AI-first SEO into every page, brief, and backlink so that Interview Kickstart is cited as the trusted source for interview prep, agentic-AI training, and FAANG-level upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect an AI-First SEO roadmap
Map entity gaps, craft schema (Course, FAQ, Video, Organization), and align content clusters with knowledge-graph best practices so LLMs can parse and cite us confidently.
- Optimize for LLM discovery
Experiment with retrieval-friendly formatting, authoritative mentions (Wikipedia, high-trust media), and “mention engineering” techniques that improve the odds we appear in generated answers.
- Lead technical SEO fundamentals
Ensure fast CWV/INP, logical crawl paths, multilingual hreflang, and JavaScript SEO hygiene to keep traditional search strong while future-proofing for AI.
- Guide content & web teams
Use LLM-driven topic clustering and prompt-based outlines, then coach writers and SMEs to add depth and E-E-A-T that AI rewards.
- Measure & iterate
Track AI-oriented signals—SGE snapshot presence, LLM citations, entity coverage—alongside classic SEO KPIs, and run controlled experiments to learn what moves the needle.

What would excite us?
- 5+ years SEO ownership in SaaS, EdTech, or similar, with hands-on experience in schema.org, JSON-LD, and entity SEO.
- Working knowledge of LLM behavior—how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity retrieve, rank, and cite sources—and proven tactics to influence those results.
- Technical toolkit: Python (pandas, LangChain) or SQL for audits, plus GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and an SEO testing platform.
- Structured-data fluency—comfortable implementing and validating rich schema for Courses, Videos, FAQs, and How-To content.
- Authority-building chops—able to secure high-trust citations, podcast transcripts, and directory profiles that feed LLM training sets.(EWR Digital)
- Strong communicator who can translate AI-SEO insights for writers, devs, and execs alike.
