As a Key Account Manager, you will lead Malt’s relationship with our most complex and high-value Tier 1 accounts in Spain.
Your mission is to move beyond operational management to become a high-level strategic partner, orchestrating Malt’s deployment across intricate corporate landscapes.
You will define the long-term vision for your portfolio, ensuring our platform is deeply integrated into the client’s talent strategy and digital transformation journey.
Strategic Account Orchestration: transform Master Service Agreements (MSAs) into comprehensive, multi-year partnerships by mapping and deploying Malt across complex holding structures and decentralized subsidiaries.
Executive Governance & Advisory: act as a trusted advisor to C-Level stakeholders (CPO, CHRO, and Business Unit Heads), leading high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that translate operational data into strategic business value.
Comprehensive Contract Ownership: drive sustainable revenue growth by managing the entire lifecycle of the national contract, focusing on high-stakes renewals and the expansion of new service lines.
Strategic Expansion & Unit Activation: conduct "inside-out" business development to identify and activate high-growth potential areas and "warmer" territories within the corporate hierarchy.
Methodological Mastery: apply the MEDDIC framework with precision to navigate power maps, identify key "Champions," and manage potential blockers within complex organizational environments.
Cross-Functional Leadership: lead internal resources (ClientOps, Finance, and Product) to deliver bespoke solutions and meet high-level operational commitments for Tier 1 clients.
Extensive Professional Background: you bring 7+ years of significant experience in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting, with a proven track record of managing multi-million euro portfolios.
Strategic Acumen & Business Insight: you possess a sophisticated mindset and the business acumen required to shape long-term plans and influence executive decision-making.
Methodological Excellence: you demonstrate mastery in sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar) and have a deep understanding of the organizational DNA of Spain’s largest corporations.
High-Level Negotiation Skills: you are a seasoned negotiator, comfortable leading complex and high-pressure discussions to secure mutually beneficial, long-term agreements.
Executive Presence: you are a fluent communicator in both Spanish and English, with the professional gravitas necessary to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
Consultative Solution Architect: you have the ability to quickly grasp complex organizational objectives and craft tailored solutions that align with a partnership-oriented sales cycle.
