Requirements and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Streaming Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Software developer with Java and Spring Boot, experience working Kafka (Consumers/Producers), Docker and microservices.

As a Senior Java Streaming Engineer you will building new backend applications, participate in product development activities and support the culture of total quality and lead it by example.

What you'll bring

• Hands-on development experience in Java 8/11 (Stream API, Multi-threading, Collections. Profiling) / JEE and Spring MVC / Spring Boot;
• Low-latency, high throughput experience using Kafka and NoSQL databases is ideal;
• Experience of writing applications for deployment on cloud environment;
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and preferably, Container Management software (Kubernetes);
• Hand-on experience with Unit testing (Mockito);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Financial services experience is a big plus.
