Job Title: Sr. Java Backend Developer

Job Location: Vadodara

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team in Vadodara. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services for enterprise-grade payment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Work with Oracle/PostgreSQL databases and write efficient SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Implement Kafka-based integrations and contribute to cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to design and deliver backend solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Bamboo) and version control (Git).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing services for performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, SQL/PLSQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodology and modern development tools.
• Exposure to Payments or Financial Services domain preferred.
