We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, supporting U.S.-based clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer stage
• Recruit across a variety of roles, including approximately 20–30% IT profiles and 70–80% non-IT roles (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and operational roles)
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Conduct structured phone screens and interviews aligned with defined processes
• Ensure salary expectations, location, English level, and role criteria are validated before candidate presentation
• Present high-quality, well-documented candidate profiles aligned with intake requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in ATS (Workable)
• Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
• Support reference checks and final hiring steps when required
• Contribute to pipeline strategy and sourcing efforts when needed
• Follow defined recruiting workflows, templates, and communication standards
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles as well as functional roles such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations
• Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track deadlines, pipelines, and stakeholder communication
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Strong openness to feedback and continuous improvement mindset
• Demonstrated ability to operate within structured processes and collaborative team environments
• High flexibility and adaptability in changing business conditions
