Sr. IT Project Lead

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic IT projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role aims to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with

the organization’s strategic objectives. It requires strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience running ERP/MRP

projects is a plus.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, commercial, outside vendor) across different sites.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Establish governance structures and define clear roles for effective project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks while promoting preventive actions and continuous improvement.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Implement and enhance project management processes using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product introductions and process optimization.
• Prepare executive reports and project summaries for leadership review.
• Promote collaboration, communication, and alignment among site teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field. 
• Strategic project management in multi-site and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Comprehensive management of strategic projects in multi-site manufacturing environments, including planning,
• execution, schedule control, budgeting, and results tracking.
• Cross-functional team coordination and effective communication with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment running ERP projects.

• Implementation of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and continuous improvement processes
• to optimize operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g.,
