Sr. International Project Manager

The Sr. International Project Manager is accountable for the project management of all international and cross-channel growth initiatives, driving Vuori’s global growth strategy across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale/franchise. This role will report to the SVP, International and collaborate closely with International regional teams, as well as partners in Retail, Real Estate, Development and Construction, Legal, Supply Chain, Tech, and Finance. The role will focus primarily on the sizable retail store growth across the globe, new eCommerce platform launches, and supply chain evolution (in heavy partnership with supply chain).  

This person is an experienced, highly organized project leader adept at navigating complex global initiatives. They will lead the scheduling, communication, and timeline adherence for a number of diverse and exciting launches in multiple geographies. The ideal candidate understands both the business and operational nuances of scaling internationally and can influence, organize, and drive results through cross-functional collaboration. 

What you'll get to do:

• Establish clear, standardized processes for tracking and managing key international projects, reporting, and knowledge sharing across regions. 
• Lead end to end project pipeline for retail store expansion process (from site offer to store opening), coordinating with key corporate departments to ensure projects land on time and are prioritized correctly.   
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch new e-commerce marketplaces and social channels (e.g., Zalando, Tmall, TikTok Shop), aligning timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.  
• Partner with Supply Chain on distribution center (DC) evolution—overseeing project milestones related to capacity planning, regional scaling, and operational readiness. 
• Help functional partners and local teams coordinate cross-channel translation projects, legal entity setup guidance, and regulatory compliance reviews in partnership with central functions. 
• Develop, track, and report on all project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and timely execution across cross-functional partners. 
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of all project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership review. 
• Lead international stakeholders through structured communication plans and milestone governance, driving accountability, and decision-making. 
• Support implementation of Tech related projects and tool implantation, in support of the international team (i.e., PLM integration, new data platforms) 
• Partner with Retail Admin and training teams to ensure best practices generated in HQ are pushed out to markets (focus China/UK)

Who you are:

• 7+ years International and/or project management experience in specialty retail apparel brands, ideally with some focus on retail project management/rollout 
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred. 
• Strong understanding of international marketplace 
• Strong group facilitation skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and relationship management. Demonstrated ability to negotiate  
• Ability to influence across the organization, particularity around strategic issues and change management to bring structured, organized workflow to multi-layer team with cross functional dependencies 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency 
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel) 
• Demonstrated ability to create PowerPoint presentations that take large amounts of information and data and present them articulately and succinctly with a clear vision to the executive team

The salary range for this role is $117,700 per year - $151,410 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
