Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, ambitious Senior Instock Manager to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Plantation, FL. We need a business savvy and adept problem-solving leader who can help us scale our business and supply planning operations. In this role, you will develop an industry-leading forecasting methodology and planning capability for category or merchandising forecasts and leverage our systems to develop the demand and inventory plan. You will be responsible for purchasing strategy, Instock strategy, new vendor onboarding, existing vendor lead time reduction, fill rate and on-time improvements, and more.
A successful leader will be highly analytical, have a deep understanding of supply chain principles, be able to solve complex supply chain problems, and be a keen learner who continues to innovate. You will get to work side-by-side with smart, passionate, and highly motivated entrepreneurs.
