Sr Insights Analyst

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

As an Insights Analyst, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world to uncover insights that help our field sales and customer success teams drive value for some of LinkedIn’s largest Talent Solutions customers.

You will work closely with sales and CS partners to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform decisions and shape customer strategy. Success in this role requires the ability to confidently communicate insights to non technical audiences, build trust through strong partnership, and proactively identify opportunities where data can influence outcomes.

You will operate as a consultative partner to account teams, using analytics and business judgment to improve efficiency, support change management, and expand the value we deliver to customers. You will confidently represent LinkedIn using your deep expertise in LinkedIn data, SQL, and industry talent trends, applying these to real world customer challenges at scale.

Responsibilities

• Leverage LinkedIn’s unique data to generate actionable insights that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes
• Write SQL and Python queries to extract data and use Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze results and deliver insightful data driven narratives
• Present business insights to partners and customers, tailoring communication style and depth for audiences ranging from global TA leaders to C-suite stakeholders
• Own and manage analytical workstreams, approaching assignments in a structured and organized manner to ensure timely delivery
• Develop a strong understanding of customer objectives and broader industry talent trends, applying business acumen to shape relevant and impactful insights
• Maintain a growth mindset and actively contribute to a positive team culture of learning, upskilling, and ways of working

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a role involving data analysis, customer success, sales, or consulting
• 2+ years of hands on experience writing and querying SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Git, Tableau or Power BI, and Python
• Experience meeting with and presenting to senior executives
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment
• Experience partnering cross functionally with sales or customer facing teams
• Demonstrated strength in data storytelling, stakeholder management, and project coordination
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
