Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (India)

Allucent (India) Pvt. Ltd.  is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our organization's IT infrastructure while driving innovation and efficiency.

In this role your key tasks will include:

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain and optimize systems and services related to Azure, Azure DevOps, AWS, and M365.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Mentor team members to promote standardization in project initiatives.
• Actively contribute to staff learning & development within the company.

Requirements

To be successful you should possess :

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years’ experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
• 3+ years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft 365 environment management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, M365 certifications) are a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambitious work environment
• Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
