We are seeking a Sr. Industrial Engineer with a successful track record of continuous process improvement/optimization practices in distribution, warehouses, eCommerce, 3PL type environments. This role ensures that our nationwide sites experience initial and continued top productivity performances achieved by optimizing customers KPIs, processes and designs relative to an automated picking operation. This includes data analysis, knowledge in re-mapping floor plan layouts or specified areas and presenting details of process improvement to key stakeholders including our customers, Operation Managers, and Operation Supervisors. Internal company interaction with Customer Success Managers, Deployment/Integration team members, Robotic Support Engineers and Engineering included.
50% US travel, additional percentage during Peak Season.

The expected base salary range for this role is $105K–$155K annually, informed by external market data. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions.
