ABOUT YOUR ROLE

This role will serve as the global supply chain integration lead with expectation of end-to-end supply chain planning solutions, project management, ensuring service level targets are fulfilled. The role requires a candidate with strong data fluency and the ability to drive continuous improvement, combining hands-on execution for process establishment with strategic planning to achieve a simpler, faster, and more competitive supply chain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Global Supply Chain Management: End to end supply chain coordination including demand alignment, inventory planning, capacity planning, also supporting sites to build up global supply chain processes and responsibilities. Monitor service and inventory performance, elevate planning and scheduling capabilities and tools across manufacturing sites for achieving company objectives.
  • Key Program management: Support program management with launch and deployment of new programs. Take ownership of operational and supply chain planning, working in coordination with the account management team, and global manufacturing sites to ensure efficient and timely customer delivery. Establish and maintain a regular cadence with the cross functional team, conducting thorough reviews of operational and supply chain performance.
  • Supply Chain Standardization: Drive the global supply chain planning and metrics standardization, actively identify and bridge gaps between local practices and global standards, developing new processes where needed. Create and maintain the critical SOPs for core supply chain functions.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and support strategic initiatives to drive global order allocation in order to optimize inventory, minimize cost, drive efficient and profitable supply chain. Interfacing with various functions (including Operations, Commercials, CS, GPD, IT etc.) to identify current business processes and implement improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Crisis Management: Lead cross functional team in global crisis of material shortage, demand surge, unexpected issues. Provide guidance and support to sites for crisis management of preventive actions and immediate actions to ensure service consistency throughout the year. Develop business contingency plans with regions and drive their execution.

 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • 5 Years supply chain Planning \ Project management, technical customer support or related experience
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to work under and adhere to strict timeliness
  • Solid Experience to navigate a complex matrix organization, drive alignment and execute across multiple functions/stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven ability to develop and execute a plan.
  • Good project management skills.
