What will you do As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and leading the creative direction within the Creative Core Team. You will act as the main technical reference for the design team, mentoring designers, ensuring top-quality creative execution, and driving high-impact projects that align with our business objectives. This role is perfect for a designer who blends creativity with strategic thinking, understands the nuances of branding in B2B, and has the leadership skills to elevate our design team to the next level. Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact creative projects across multiple departments, acting as a key project manager to ensure timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to develop strategic creative initiatives that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the execution of brand campaigns, digital assets, product education materials, and sales enablement resources, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage priorities, allocate resources, and oversee workflows to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying creative and operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Facilitate collaboration between designers, writers, and external agencies to streamline production, maintain timelines, and optimize project efficiency.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage complex creative initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders and ensuring project execution meets strategic objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and high-impact creative projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion design tools like After Effects.
  • Deep understanding of design’s role in marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to integrate data insights into creative decision-making to improve engagement and campaign success
