Sr. Field Recruiter

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Roles & responsibilities
1.Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with department heads and stakeholders
2.Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
3.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
4.Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
5.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
6.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
7.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
8.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2.Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
3.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
4.Strong organizational and time-management abilities
5.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously
6.Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
