What You'll Do

  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned 
  • Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner 
  • Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
  • Maintaining and developing candidate databases in ATS and trackers.
  • Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities 
  • Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders 

What You Know

  • The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of IT Recruitment experience.
  • Working experience at least 3-4 yrs in Consulting/Service based companies.
  • Role Involves End to End Recruitment process
  • Working closely with the Technical Team and Delivery 
  • Experience to present market intelligence on skills.
  • Experience working majority on Application Development skills.
  • Should be good in MS-Office
  • Experience in stake holder management is added advantage.
  • Should have experience in any ATS tools.
  • Should be well versed with LinkedIn recruit.
  • Should be able to build strong pipeline
  • Familiar with Social media Hiring
  • Strong passion in recruitment
  • Should be Proactive and demonstrate positive thought process throughout recruitment life cycle.
  • Committed, Confident and motivated
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Attention to detail with exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
