Sr. Executive - HR Analyst - Mumbai -Goregaon

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collate data related to the key projects and activities within the Performance and Rewards function at one place.
  • Ensure the data is clean and consistent for the purpose of further analysis.
  • Maintain and update all the trackers related to key activities on a timely basis.
  • Identify trends and patterns to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain Metrics, Reports and Dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather Benchmark data from online sources as per the project requirements in the HR domain.
  • Implement guidelines around the data management (i.e. nomenclature of files, date formats, folder structure, etc.) to bring uniformity across the Team
  • Audit the common google drive/folders used by the team members to ensure the duplicate & unwanted files are discarded on time and data management guidelines are implemented completely.
  • Map out and regularly update the processes managed by the team
  • Assist team in the projects related to Performance Reviews, Annual/Quarterly incentives, Rewards & Recognitions.
  • Collaborate with other functions and departments to ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks.

Key Result Areas:

    • Timely updation of the process trackers
    • Ensure the data is clean and error free
    • Timely and Accurate analysis of the data
    • Provide actionable inputs through reports and dashboards
    • Effective and efficient Data Management
    • Timely updation of process maps

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong understanding of Data representation & Data visualisation
    • Proficient with G-Suite & MS-Office
    • Hands-on experience on analytics tools (experience in Google Data Studios will have an added advantage).

Requirements

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

    • Bachelor Degree with 4-5 years of experience in HR Analytics OR MBA with 2-3 years of experience in HR Analytics 
    • Go getter attitude and open to learn
    • Experience working in fast-paced work environment (taking initiative, working independently handling multiple priorities)
