About the Team
The Client Success Operations team at Jiostar plays a critical role in enabling seamless execution for the Direct Sales business across LTV and Digital platforms. The team works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and partner teams to ensure smooth advertiser onboarding, campaign readiness, execution coordination, and post go-live support. In addition to driving execution excellence and SLA adherence, the team actively supports Sales by managing operational readiness, coordinating client inputs, and ensuring timely campaign launches. The team also helps maintain strong client relationships through proactive coordination, timely issue resolution, and consistent communication, ensuring a seamless advertiser experience and supporting long-term business growth.
Job Summary
As a part of the Client Success Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Direct Sales business at JioHotstar by managing end-to-end advertiser onboarding, campaign coordination, and post go-live support across LTV (Linear TV) and Digital platforms. You will ensure seamless campaign readiness, SLA adherence, and proactive coordination across Sales, Operations, Finance, and partner teams to enable timely campaign launches and smooth execution. In this role, you will maintain readiness and execution trackers to monitor campaign readiness and delivery, proactively identify risks, and drive timely resolution of onboarding, execution or delivery-related issues, thereby ensuring a strong advertiser experience and efficient deal-to-launch timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with advertisers/agencies externally and with Sales, Operations and Finance teams internally to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Work closely with Operations teams to ensure timely campaign setup and go-live across accounts.
Track campaign readiness, proactively identify potential risks or delays and escalate where required to meet timelines.
Act as the key coordination point for assigned Sales leaders and accounts, ensuring clear status visibility.
Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards to track campaign readiness and delivery status..
Monitor campaigns post go-live and coordinate with Ops teams to address delivery or performance issues.
Ensure timely resolution of operational queries impacting advertiser experience.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Rev Ops teams to resolve discrepancies or approval bottlenecks.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Finance and external partners.
Good understanding of campaign execution workflows on Digital platforms.
Strong analytical and tracking skills, with proficiency in Excel, trackers and basic reporting.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills to ensure timely issue resolution.
Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while maintaining execution accuracy.
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Digital advertising in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Ad Operations or Client Servicing teams
Prior experience working with campaign onboarding, execution workflows, or client coordination across media/digital businesses is preferred.
Familiarity with campaign tracking tools, Excel-based reporting, and operational dashboards.
Exposure to LTV workflows will be an added advantage.
