What we’re looking for
As part of AppFolio’s Business Systems Team, the Sr. Enterprise Applications Administrator - Netsuite will play a key role building stable, scalable and secure Financial Systems in support of AppFolio’s growing business. The role will partner with cross functional teams to optimize business processes and launch new capabilities. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our financial applications and integrations. We are seeking an administrator with strong technical skills, as well as solid business analysis and relationship management capabilities. The candidate needs to be a self-motivated and energetic individual who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment and deliver impactful outcomes for our business partners.
Your impact
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven Financial Systems administrator experience, 4+ of those years in a Netsuite admin capacity
- Experience developing and deploying customizations, scripts, and integrations within the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment with annual recurring revenue of $1B+
Expert level competency in Netsuite Financial Management modules
- Experience in analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation of complex enterprise applications and integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Netsuite Financial Management modules Administrator experience
Coupa application administrator experience and strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
Zuora application administrator experience or quote-to-cash experience with a similar application
Experience in Enterprise Systems integrations using middlewares, iPaas, etc..
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $94,000-$118,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
