We’re hiring a UX Engineer to join our Copilot team to support chatbots. If you’re passionate about bridging design and engineering, crafting delightful, accessible, and high-fidelity experiences, and ensuring our product feels cohesive, intuitive, and expressive, we’d love to hear from you.

Build experiences used by millions of users worldwide
Champion design fidelity, accessibility, and motion quality across teams
Create interaction patterns that make complex systems feel effortless
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, and Support
Work in a high-ownership environment with visible user impact and fast iteration
We’re looking for experienced UX Engineers who bring:
Strong experience in React and TypeScript, with deep attention to code quality, maintainability, and performance
Demonstrated ability to translate Figma (or similar) design systems into scalable, production-ready component libraries
A keen eye for visual polish, interaction detail, and animation quality
Fluency in accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design principles
Familiarity with design tokens, component theming, and responsive layout systems
Experience documenting patterns, components, and motion guidelines for shared use
A track record of tight collaboration with Product Designers to maintain high design fidelity
Curiosity and craft—someone who obsesses over the small details that make big differences
(Nice to have) Comfort with lightweight backend integration or prototyping tools (e.g., Next.js, Storybook, or Framer)
A mindset of continuous improvement—across tools, process, and personal growth
