We’re looking for a Senior Sales Director to help us scale a high-performing sales team of talented Sales Managers and Account Executives across our Enterprise segment. Webflow is growing fast, and you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and accelerating this trajectory – building a world-class and diverse team, amping up the pipeline generation machine, becoming a thought leader in the web design and development space working closely with product and marketing, and closing revenue for Webflow.
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
