The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns, manage high-level channel operations, and optimize performance across digital channels to effectively engage target audiences and meet business objectives. This individual will be responsible for execution across marketing automation and digital channels to drive our digital marketing efforts through strategic automation, conversion optimization, and data-driven insights.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
Paid Media, Media Management and Optimization
Develop and manage advanced paid advertising strategies for platforms like Google PPC, LinkedIn, and programmatic to ensure strategic alignment of marketing initiatives with overarching business goals while maintaining a consistent brand message across all platforms.
In platform execution of paid media initiatives with a focus on channel management, budget allocation and ad optimizations to maximize ROAS.
Collaborate with design and content teams to craft effective advertising creatives and messaging
Oversee the monitoring, reporting and optimization of digital campaigns, implementing A/B testing, and using advanced analytics to drive performance.
Work with third party vendors and agencies in order to activate paid media initiatives in market
Marketing Automation
Design, build, and optimize complex and integrated marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in Hubspot
Develop, manage, and execute strategic email marketing plans, incorporating advanced segmentation, personalization techniques, and A/B testing for enhanced customer engagement and ROI
Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using Hubspot to improve performance for lead generation and conversion goals
Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure that the lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing programs are aligned with business objectives along with email marketing and landing page best practices
Reporting & Optimization
Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems within marketing automation platforms to provide actionable insights
Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI across all marketing automation channels
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Create regular performance reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
Implement continuous optimization strategies based on performance metrics
Document and share advanced best practices for digital marketing processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media, email marketing and marketing automation
Experience and proficiency creating and executing on paid media campaigns in platforms like Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Experience and proficiency working in Hubspot to create emails, landing pages, and workflows
Preferred KSA's:
Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
Proficiency with platforms like SalesForce, HubSpot, Google Adwords, LinkedIn and programmatic advertising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced skills in marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, marketing platform analytics, SFDC dashboards)
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to build dashboards and reports to present data insights
Hubspot marketing certifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships
Google Adwords, Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising certifications
Experience working in an agile marketing framework
Physical Requirements:
