Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive the automation, scalability, and reliability of our production environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipeline development, and monitoring solutions, while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment on Azure and AWS.

• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.

• Implement and maintain monitoring, telemetry, and alerting systems using tools like New Relic and Dynatrace.

• Ensure compliance with NIST, SOC2, and other security frameworks, including supporting penetration testing and remediation activities.

• Actively participate in incident management, including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

• Oversee and execute change management processes to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

• Partner with development and operations teams to deploy software and tools in production environments.

• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Develop automation solutions to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or related role.

• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab or similar version control systems.

• Proficiency in observability tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace, including monitoring, logging, and alerting.

• Familiarity with security standards (NIST, SOC2) and security practices (penetration testing, vulnerability management).

• Strong troubleshooting, system administration, and automation skills across Linux/Windows environments.

• Knowledge of SRE principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
